Parenting tip…

Always be clear in your instructions to children. For example, on instructing a child that “excuse me” is the appropriate thing to say regarding a burp, make sure you tell them to say excuse me after the burp not when you burp. Important distinction.

My 4-yr old son learned tonight how to burp and talk at the same time. His first words? “Excuse Me”.
