Phew!

This week 6/28: 197.6

Goal: 3 workouts–walking or water class for at least 30 mins. each; 64 oz water daily

I didn’t get to the health club for a scale pic until today. So phew I at least had some loss. I’d like to see it drop faster but I know I’m not doing the exercise up to speed yet. I have a physical therapy session tomorrow where we’ll go to the gym and she’ll show me some weights. Excellent! In the meantime, I’m going to try the Arthritis Water class. Way to go all you RagamuffinToppers!! See you next week and have a safe 4th of July if you’re in the U.S.

  1. Good for you. Every little bit counts. I want to get to the gym at least 4 times this week. I’m eating way more than I should. So this week, back to normality and doing some extra exercising to make up for last week!
