What was your question?

There has to be a way for me to answer my inquisitive 5 yr old son when he asks me this:

Did God make the flood? (not Noah’s, ours)
God doesn’t seem to be taking care of it. (not all the water has receded in our area)
Is heaven above space?
Are King and Goofy playing together in heaven?
When am I going to die?
Are you going to die mom?

In and amongst his deep philosophical thoughts comes the question, “what’s in poop?” He’s a man who has a need to know.

  1. Well, if you’re a mom who follows my philosophy of life, then, those questions are no longer tricky to answer. Der Gott ist dast Energie — which explains everything based on its virtues.

  2. 1. God made the water and the earth. Sometimes people move the earth around and build their houses in low areas. When that happens and it rains a whole bunch the water doesn’t go where it is supposed to go.

    2. Yes honey, of course heaven is above space. If it weren’t the austronauts would be flying the space shuttle through God’s back yard.

    3. Well I guess you are old enough to know… A man with a fantastic imagination created King and Goofy for everyone to enjoy, especially little boys. So King and Goofy will never really die.

    4. We all die when God decides that we are ready and He is ready for us to be with Him in heaven. But no one really ever knows when they will die that’s why it’s important to allways treat people like it may be the last time you see them.

    5. Of course mom is going to die. But don’t worry when I die I don’t want you to be to sad because I will be waiting for you in heaven.

    6. You know all the food you eat… well your body takes all the good stuff out that makes you smart and big and strong and makes poop out of the rest of it.

    🙂
